Seit mehr als 30 Jahren entwickelt, produzieren, testet und vermarktet VCI Active Pack<\/strong> VCI-Korrosionsschutzl\u00f6sungen und bietet damit ein schl\u00fcsselfertiges Projekt f\u00fcr Folien- und Beutelhersteller, die Korrosionsschutzverpackungen f\u00fcr die Metallverarbeitungsbranche anbieten.<\/p>\n

Wie funktionieren Dampf-Korrosionshemmer?<\/h2>\n

Die Folie, der Beutel, das Papier oder der Karton werden bei der Herstellung mit dem Dampf-Korrosionshemmer (Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor – VCI) impr\u00e4gniert. Ein Teil des VCI wandert an die Oberfl\u00e4che der Folie, wenn das Metallteil in den Beutel gelegt wird. Beim Schlie\u00dfen des Beutels f\u00fcllt sich der Innenraum mit den VCI-D\u00e4mpfen und die VCI-Molek\u00fcle lagern sich an die Metalloberfl\u00e4che an, wodurch eine Passivschicht entsteht, die Oxidation verhindert.<\/p>\n

Im Verpackungsmaterial ist gen\u00fcgend VCI enthalten, um die Verpackung erneut zu s\u00e4ttigen, wenn sie perforiert wird oder der Beutel ge\u00f6ffnet wird.
