VCI 5150 liquid for paper and cardboard impregnation

VCI Active Pack – VCI 5150 liquid for paper and cardboard impregnation is a ready mixture of corrosion inhibitors for impregnating paper, corrugated boards and folded corrugated boxes.

VCI 5150 is the safest VCI chemistry available for both workers and the environment, since its components are included on the FDA CFR 21 list of food contact substances and they are also widely used in body care products.

How to apply it?

VCI 5150 liquid for paper and cardboard impregnation is applied with flexographic or gravure, and can be sprayed to a coverage of 4-5 grams/m².

Handling:

Before use, review the Material Safety Data Sheet.
Wear suitable eye protection. In case of eye contact rinse abundantly with water. If eyes are red or irritated seek medical advice.
Use rubber gloves and avoid continued or prolonged skin contact.
Ensure ventilation of work areas.

Capacity

VCI 5150 is packed in 25 kg containers and 200 kg drums.
